South East Europe Green EPC & Infrastructure Conference: A Strategic Hub for Regional Growth

Leaders and industry innovators from across the Western Balkans will arrive in Romania for the South East Europe Green EPC & Infrastructure Conference, taking place in Constanța. Now in its second edition, the event brings together government authorities, top executives, and companies committed to accelerating Romania’s strategic development through large-scale infrastructure upgrades, energy innovation, and cross-border cooperation. Over two days, around 35 high-level speakers from Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Greece, North Macedonia, and Albania will share their insights on the region’s most pressing priorities.

A Strategic Vision for the Future

This edition places a strong emphasis on long-term strategy and institutional support. Discussions will explore how authorities can strengthen the business ecosystem during a challenging geopolitical and economic period. Key themes include public–private partnerships, boosting foreign investment, and enhancing the role of the Port of Constanța as a regional logistics powerhouse.

All sessions will unfold inside the iconic Constanța Casino, a historic landmark symbolizing the city’s cultural identity, economic transformation, and ongoing reconstruction.

Constanța’s Central Role in Regional Connectivity

The choice of Constanța reflects the city’s expanding role in Europe’s evolving infrastructure map. As new transport corridors emerge toward Ukraine and beyond, Romania is positioning itself as an essential transit and logistics hub. The port’s growing strategic importance, coupled with major infrastructure modernization plans, offers a comprehensive view of fresh investment and development opportunities in the wider region.

Two Days of High-Level Dialogue

Infrastructure & Strategic Projects:
The first day will concentrate on road, rail, and maritime transport, gathering representatives from local and central institutions, construction companies, logistics operators, and international investors exploring new opportunities in Romania.

Renewable Energy & EPC Excellence:
Renewables, green technologies, and successful EPC contracting models will headline the second day. A core topic will be inter-regional energy connectivity, highlighting how cross-border collaboration is shaping the future of energy businesses in Southeast Europe.

A Meeting Point for Industry Decision-Makers

The conference is expected to attract around 400 participants, including investors, company leaders, and technical experts from across the region.

Strategic Partners

This year’s partners include PATRES (Renewable Energy Producers of Romania), CAIR (Confederation of Entrepreneurs and Investors), PSC (Employers’ Association of Construction Companies), UNTRR (National Union of Road Hauliers), BRCC (British Romanian Chamber of Commerce), and ACUE (Federation of Energy Utility Associations).

The South East Europe Green EPC & Infrastructure Conference continues to strengthen its role as a key platform for advancing sustainable development, energy transition, and region-wide connectivity in Europe.
