Greenland Mines has secured more than $42 million through equity financing and warrant exercises, providing funding for its planned exploration milestones through 2027 at the Sarfartoq rare earth project in Greenland.
All pre-funded warrants issued in the latest financing have been exercised, alongside additional proceeds from previously issued private warrants. The company has also terminated its at-the-market equity facility, citing substantial coverage of its anticipated capital requirements through 2027.
Sarfartoq Exploration and Resource
The main ST1 deposit contains approximately 12.2 million tonnes grading 1.32% total rare earth oxides (TREO).
Greenland Mines has completed its first field campaign since acquiring the project. The three-week programme included geological and structural mapping, drone-supported surveys and systematic sampling across ST1 and other targets in the carbonatite complex. WSP Denmark also completed environmental baseline work, and samples have been submitted for laboratory analysis.
Drilling Plans and Portfolio Priorities
Assay results will guide drill targeting, with no additional resource yet defined from the latest fieldwork. The company plans to advance exploration towards a larger drilling programme in 2027.
Greenland Mines also owns the Skaergaard palladium-gold-platinum project, requiring capital allocation between its Greenland assets. The latest funding provides flexibility to pursue Sarfartoq exploration without an immediate need for further equity issuance.
